TERMS & CONDITIONS

Promoter

Hunter Pacific International Pty Ltd trading as Hunter Pacific International (ABN 18 063 521 666) of 12/22-24 Beaumont Rd, Mount Kuring-Gai NSW 2080, Australia (“Promoter”).

Promotion Period

6:00 am (AEST) on 1 September 2026 to 5:00 pm (AEDT) on 30 November 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

Who can enter?

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over (“Entrants”).
Employees or contractors aged 18 years and over may enter on behalf of an eligible business entity, provided the business entity name is disclosed at the time of entry.

Who can’t enter?

The directors, management and employees (and their immediate families, including spouses, ex-spouses, de-facto spouse, children or step-children (whether natural or by adoption), parents, step-parents, grandparents, step-grandparents, siblings, uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and first cousins) of:
(i) the Promoter; or
(ii) the agencies or companies associated with this promotion.

How to Enter

To be eligible to enter and receive one (1) entry into the draw, Entrants must, during the Promotion Period:

1. Purchase one or more Eligible Hunter Pacific International Products in a single transaction with a minimum spend of AUD $250 (inclusive of GST (each an “Eligible Product”) from either:

a)  a participating authorised Hunter Pacific International Electrical Resellers in Australia (“Resellers”);
(“Qualifying Transaction”); and

2. Visit https://hunterpacificinternational.com.au/50k-entryform/ and complete the online entry form in full, including:

  • Full name;
  • Email address;
  • Phone number;
  • Business name;
  • Address;
  • Store of purchase;
  • Purchase receipt number

Each valid Qualifying Transaction constitutes one (1) entry into the draw.

Multiple entries are permitted. Each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements. Where an Eligible Product is purchased on behalf of a business entity, only one (1) entry may be submitted per Qualifying Transaction.

Entrants must retain their original purchase receipt(s) as proof of purchase. The Promoter may request a copy of the original purchase receipt at any time. Failure to produce proof of purchase when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of all of an entrant’s entries and may result in the forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the Eligible Product/s purchased, the store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the Promotion Period but before entry.

Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter’s system and not at the time of transmission by the Entrant. Records of the Promoter and its agencies are final and conclusive as to the time of receipt.

The use of automated entry software or any mechanical, electronic or other means that allows an Entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries invalid.
Any costs associated with accessing the promotional website are the responsibility of the Entrant and may vary depending on the internet service provider used.

Entries received will be deemed final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the validity or status of any entry.

Entries which are incomplete, incorrect or submitted outside the Promotion Period will be deemed invalid.

All prize values are recommended retail prices (RRP) in Australian dollars and are correct as at the commencement of the Promotion. Prize values include GST where applicable.

Each Entrant may win a maximum of one (1) prize during the Promotion. If an Entrant’s name is drawn more than once, only the first valid prize drawn will be awarded to that Entrant and any subsequent winning entries will be disregarded (except where prohibited by law).

Major Prize

The first valid entry drawn will receive one (1) AUD $30,000 cash prize.

To be eligible to receive the Major Prize, the winner must be an Australian Resident. Prior to the Major Prize being awarded, the winner must complete any documentation reasonably required by the Promoter, including a cash prize release form, and successfully complete an identity verification process by providing valid identification, such as an Australian driver’s licence or passport. The prize will be paid by EFT to the winner’s nominated Australian Bank Account.

Secondary Prizes

The next two (2) valid entries drawn will each receive one (1) $5,000 Luxury Escapes digital gift card. The Luxury Escapes digital gift card will be issued as two (2) x $2,500 gift cards per winner.

The following five (5) valid entries drawn will each receive one (1) Samsung Audio Visual Packaging comprising of one (1) Samsung 65-inch 4K Mini LED M70H AI Smart TV (2026) and one (1) Samsung B450F B Series 2.1 Channel Soundbar. Each package is valued at $1,744.

Minor Prizes

The following twenty-five (25) valid entries drawn will each receive one (1) $100 Prezzee Smart eGift Card.

The total maximum prize pool value is AUD $51,220.

Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take a prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited.

Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.

If any element of a prize becomes unavailable for any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another item of equal or greater value and similar specifications, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications arising from winning a prize. Independent financial advice should be sought.

Luxury Escapes, Samsung Electronics Australia Pty Ltd and Prezzee Pty Ltd are not sponsors of, endorsers of, or otherwise associated with this promotion.

Draw & Notification

The draw will take place at 11:00 am (AEDT) on 4 December 2026 at J&C Advertising Pty Ltd, Suite 502, Level 5, 77 Dunning Ave, Rosebery NSW 2018.

Winner’s will be notified by phone and email within two (2) business days of the draw.

The draw conductor may draw additional reserve entries in case an invalid entry or an ineligible Entrant is drawn.

The major and secondary prize winners will be notified by phone and email within four (4) business days of the draw.

The winners’ last name, first initial and postcode will be published on the promotional landing page by 9 December 2026.

Prize Delivery

Winners are responsible for ensuring that all prize delivery details provided are correct. The Promoter will not be liable for any costs associated with re-delivery of a prize, should the delivery details provided by a winner be incorrect or for any lost, stolen or damaged prizes once dispatched.

Unclaimed Prize(s)

If any prize remains unclaimed by 5:00 pm (AEDT) on 30 December 2026, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw at 11:00 am (AEDT) on 4 January 2027 at J&C Advertising Pty Ltd, Suite 502, Level 5, 77 Dunning Ave, Rosebery NSW 2018, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.

Winners of the redraw will be notified by phone and email within four (4) business days of the redraw.

The winners’ last name, first initial and postcode will be published on the promotional landing page by 5 January 2027.
The unclaimed prizes (if any) must be claimed by 11:59 pm AEDT on 22nd January 2027.

General

The Promoter reserves the right, at any time and in its sole discretion, to verify the validity of any and all Entries. The Promoter may disqualify any Entrant who tampers with the entry process, breaches these Terms and Conditions, or engages in conduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.

A prize will only be awarded following any winner validation and verification that the Promoter, or its nominated agents, requires in their sole reasonable discretion.

As a condition of entering this promotion, each Entrant consents to, in the event they are a winner, the Promoter using the Entrant’s name, likeness, image (including the photograph the subject of the entry) and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media worldwide for an unlimited period of time without further notification, remuneration or compensation for the purpose of promoting, publicising or marketing the promotion (including any outcome), and/or promoting any products or services manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.

If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

If there is a dispute as to the identity of an Entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the Entrant.

Collection and use of personal information

The Promoter collects personal information of Entrants, including (without limitation) their name, email address, phone number, and postal address (“PI”), to conduct the promotion.

The Promoter may share this PI with third parties, including but not limited to agencies, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and regulatory authorities (if required).

All PI will be collected, stored, handled and disclosed by the Promoter in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at https://hunterpacificinternational.com.au/privacy-policy-2/.Unless otherwise indicated by the Promoter, the Promoter may disclose PI to entities outside of Australia (for a list of the countries, see the Promoter’s Privacy Policy), and cannot guarantee that any overseas recipient will not breach the Australian Privacy Principles. By participating in this promotion, Entrants consent to overseas transfer on these terms as permitted by the Australian Privacy Principles and agree that the Promoter is not liable in this regard.

1. These Terms and Conditions incorporate and must be read together with the details outlined in the table above (“Terms”). Information about how to enter and the prizes form part of the Terms. By participating in the promotion, Entrants accept these Terms.

Participation
2. Entry must occur during the Promotion Period and will be deemed valid only when the entry is successfully submitted and validated by the Promoter. The Promoter is not liable for communications network problems, system issues or technical failures outside its control.

3. Participation that is incomplete, invalid or does not comply with these Terms will be deemed invalid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for participation that is late, lost or delayed.

4. Where an Entrant is a corporate entity, the person entering on the corporate entity’s behalf must warrant that they have appropriate authority or permission to do so.
Liability

5. Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.

6. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) taking of a prize.
Miscellaneous

7. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant that it believes to be misleading, deceptive or not compliant with these Terms, or where it believes an Entrant has tampered with or manipulated their entry, prize claim or the promotion process.

8. The Promoter reserves the right to request that Entrants produce identification, documentation or other information to confirm the Entrant’s age, identity, address sor eligibility under this promotion, or to validate any information submitted. If requested documentation or information is not provided or fails to confirm the matter giving rise to the request, the entry will be deemed invalid.

9. If an Entrant breaches these Terms, they will be deemed ineligible to receive the prize or the prize may be withdrawn or forfeited at the Promoter’s discretion. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final. Any failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

10. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend this promotion at any time without liability, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.

11. All Promoter decisions are final. No correspondence will be entered into.

12. The laws of New South Wales govern this promotion, and Entrants accept the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of New South Wales. Authorised under: NSW Authority No. TP/05253, SA Licence No. T26/1305, ACT Permit No. 26/01761.

Annexure A:

Prize Description

Major Prize:
$30,000 Cash
paid by direct deposit to an Australian bank account in the winner’s name.

Terms:
AUD $30,000 Cash Prize
1. To be eligible to receive the Major Prize, the winner must be an Australian resident. Prior to the Major Prize being awarded, the winner must complete any documentation reasonably required by the Promoter, including a cash prize release form, and successfully complete an identity verification process by providing valid identification, such as an Australian driver’s licence or passport.
2. The prize of AUD $30,000 cash will be transferred via EFT to the winner’s nominated Australian bank account in their name. The winner must provide their Australian bank account details to the Promoter within 28 days of validation of eligibility for the prize to be awarded.
3. A stolen cash prize (where the loss or theft is not due to the Promoter’s default) will not be replaced or refunded. Failure by the winner to provide bank details by the cut off time specified by the Promoter will result in forfeiture of their right to the prize.
4. All ancillary costs including any tax implications not expressly provided are the responsibility of the winner.
